Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

#Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched.

Cancellation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Khush Supplements.

#After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. The customer may need to follow the applicable return or refusal process.

#Prepaid orders

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the refund is processed through the original payment method after cancellation confirmation.

#COD orders

COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

#How to request cancellation

• Reason for cancellation.
