#Online payments

The order is treated as paid only after the payment provider and our server confirm the payment.
#Payment failure
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the order number and payment reference.
We will verify the transaction before confirming the order or initiating a refund.

If you believe you paid more than once for the same order, contact us with all payment references.
